Every project is divided into phases and both parties are involved in evaluation and giving recommendations before proceeding to the next milestone.
All our web design projects start with a collaborative effort between us and our client. We carry out a comprehensive analysis and create a scope of the work document to give the client a full understanding of the project. This is done in good faith and in keeping with our commitment to provide high quality services. We believe that this will prevent project cancellation, reversal or legal disputes.
There will be no refund if the project is complete as you have the chance to give your input at the end of every milestone.
For projects terminated by mutual consent between both parties the client owns the completed work so far and payment for further work on the same becomes void. Previous deposits and payments will not be refunded.
Payments will not be refunded if client has already approved mock-up designs and our team has commenced the development phase.
The company will not pay partial refunds in the course of a milestone phase.
Cancellations for services provided on special occasions are not allowed as these are limited time offers which don’t fall under the cancelation policy. SEO and digital marketing packages are not refundable.
No refunds on payments or refunds are entertained for projects which are abandoned for more than 30 days.
